No offense to guru but .. if you want an accurate price you need to watch the actual market for a few hours. Guru and all websites are always behind actual prices.

Nightfall items are very hard to price right now(if at all), but stuff from Prophecies and Factions still can be PC'd pretty easily.

Come back in a month or two (or three) and maybe we'll know.
